DiseaseWatch PH is a real-time disease surveillance platform for the Philippines. It maps dengue, measles, and other notifiable disease cases on an interactive heat map, from national level down to individual barangays, showing case counts, active cases, deaths, and outbreak risk levels for every region, province, city, and municipality. Local government units (LGUs) and city or municipal health offices can report and manage disease cases through the web dashboard or integrate their own systems using the DiseaseWatch PH public API.
